Headshot software that speaks
your clients' language
Registration, booking, the client gallery, and every automated email run in English, French, or Spanish — with a switcher clients can use themselves, on Basic or Pro.
Set a default Client Language once per job, and everything your client sees — registration, booking, the gallery, My Data & Privacy, unsubscribe, and every automated email — renders in that language. A built-in EN | FR | ES switcher on the gallery itself lets any client view it in whichever language they prefer, and their choice is remembered on their device. Available on both the Basic and Pro plans, at no extra cost.
What happens when half your shoot day doesn't read English?
"We had Montreal and Madrid offices booking the same shoot day — HR shouldn't have to explain the registration form twice."
Corporate headshot days increasingly span offices and countries. If registration, booking, and the gallery only exist in one language, you're either leaning on an HR contact to translate for their own staff, or watching employees quietly skip booking a slot they can't confidently read.
One setting, the whole client journey covered
No plugin, no separate translated site to maintain — it's built into the same job your clients are already using.
Set a default Client Language per job
One dropdown in Edit Job Settings — English, French, or Spanish. It covers registration, booking, the gallery, and every automated email that job's clients receive.
Clients can switch it themselves
A small EN | FR | ES switcher on the gallery lets any client view it in a different language than the job default — their choice is remembered on their device for next time, no account needed.
The whole lifecycle carries the choice forward
My Data & Privacy, the unsubscribe page, and data-export/deletion requests all follow whichever language the client picked on the gallery — not just the photo delivery itself.
Included on every plan
No Pro upgrade, no add-on fee. If your clients need it, it's already there on Basic.
Worth knowing plainly
English, French, and Spanish are supported today, with more languages possible over time. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages themselves are not yet translated and remain in English — everything your client actually does in the gallery flow is covered, that one legal-document pair is the exception.
The French and Spanish translations are complete and verified against the English original for accuracy and consistency, but a native-speaker review for tone and idiom hasn't happened yet. Worth knowing if your clients are particularly attentive to phrasing.
Your own dashboard, admin pages, and login stay in English regardless — this only changes what your clients see, never how you run the platform.
