How many hours does
a manual workflow actually cost?
Shooting, matching files, editing, and chasing client selections — see the hours side by side, with and without Headshot Queue.

You charge the same for the job whether it takes you 9 hours or 4 — so every hour Headshot Queue gives back isn't a discount you're giving your client. It's time you keep, working less for the same money, and running things more efficiently besides.
The math behind the estimate
Shown plainly so you can sanity-check it against your own experience, or adjust the assumptions to match how your workflow actually runs.
Shooting time is calculated from your headcount, but at two different paces: your own regular rate for the manual scenario, and 40 people per hour with Headshot Queue. These aren't the same, because a live queue that always shows who's next removes the dead time between sessions — the camera doesn't get faster, but the gaps around it shrink.
Editing time is whatever you enter, unchanged on both sides, since retouching is your own creative work either way.
Matching, renaming & sending and chasing client selection both drop to a flat 0.1 hours with Headshot Queue, regardless of how long they take manually — tethered file naming and gallery-based selection mean neither is really a separate task anymore, but a small residual is kept rather than claiming a perfect zero, since real workflows always have the occasional exception.
The profit figures compare the value of time saved (at your hourly rate) against Headshot Queue Pro's price, referenced only as its monthly rate — gain per month is time saved that month minus that one month's cost, and gain per year simply multiplies the monthly gain by 12.
