Headshot Queue costs €30 for the Basic plan and €50 for the Pro plan. Both are valid for 30 days from the moment you purchase. There are no subscriptions, no per-job fees, and no participant limits on either plan.

There is no free trial — access starts as soon as you purchase a plan. The Basic plan at €30 covers all core features for a full 30 days, so you can put it through a real event before deciding whether to continue. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
No. Headshot Queue never charges you automatically. Your plan runs for 30 days and then expires. If you renew before your current period expires, your remaining days are carried forward — you never lose time you already paid for.
Basic includes the complete shooting platform: QR registration, live queue, photo upload, private galleries, retouching selection, email delivery, and full reporting. Pro adds white-label control — send gallery emails from your own email address, set a custom domain for gallery links, keep Headshot Queue completely invisible to your clients, and unlocks the Promo Slideshow for live on-site display. Yes, on either plan. The Sales Report supports card payments straight to your own connected Stripe account, or you can record a cash payment directly and generate a redeemable coupon code — useful for corporate clients who prefer invoicing or paying in person.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings. You pay a prorated amount for the remaining days of your current period — roughly €1 per remaining day. Your expiry date does not change when you upgrade.
