This is a Pro plan feature. Basic includes per-job branding with your own logo, but client-facing links and outgoing email still run through Headshot Queue's own domain and address.
Setup takes a little real time, not because it's complicated: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate, and the last step — activating it on Headshot Queue's end — usually happens within one business day after that. It's not instant, but it's a one-time setup, not an ongoing chore.
